Tulip was professional and helpful throughout our families need. Two reasons I did not provide 5 stars is due to website quirks and payment. I changed the method of payment weeks prior to needing service, however they still charged the incorrect payment account. Apparently you have to change it then you have to call them. This info should have been plastered all over the screen when I changed methods online. The other issue I had was that before I even had the opportunity to talk to a live representative at time of need they charged my account. Kind of cold, made me feel like it was all about money. If you throw all that to the side the experience was fluid.
